“The artist in all of us”

October 2008

Partnership: Asian Elephant Art + Conservation Project

Dedicated to saving the dimishing number of Asian elephants left on our planet, AEACP is teaching these majestic creatures the art of painting in order to sustain a new way of life. As painters, the elephants created unique, one-of-a-kind fabrics. The fabrics were then given to a group of international fashion designers and gowns were made of AEACP’s “Trunk Show” fashion show.

As advocates of speaking up for those without a voice, GeoArt helped these talented artists and donated jewelry both for the event’s fashion show as well as the auction held after to raise money for the Asian Elepants.

“Small steps can lead to big change”

Partnership: CENYC Youthmarket

In our ongoing effort to make a difference in our own backyard, we were proud to join CENYC Executive Director, Marcel Van Ooyen, at the Bronx Youthmarket to donate our most recent contribution to a more sustainable way of living for the youth of New York City.

After six successful months of “Go Green” sales, we donated $4,500 towards the health of our city’s future generations.

With the help of our stores and customers, we hope to substantially increase our donation for 2009. Remember, “Every Day is Earth Day”!!

Cynthia Gale Signature appeals to customers with a conscience. Through working in partnership with a diverse selection of museums and institutions throughout the United States, our goal is to ensure that our customer continues to appreciate and support the arts. Licensed museum products are distributed both nationally and internationally through our network of galleries, fine jewelry stores and upscale catalogues and Cynthia Gale pays a portion of all proceeds back to support the institution it was originally created for.
